藍綠兩黨近日CP值超高陷入地皮口水戰，民進黨主席蔡英文還為此動怒，朱立倫競選辦公室發言人徐巧芯今(14)天再度質疑，?蔡英文的15筆土地到底是何時賣掉的?？

徐巧芯指出，民進黨最近的新聞稿很酷。除了坪數兩個不同版本以外，連這15筆土地到底是何時出售，民進黨都可以在兩天之內有不同的版本。

她指出，連元龍律師12日說是6月售出的，隔天，王閔生卻改口說是4月賣掉。到底誰說的是對的？

徐巧芯說，各位可能很好奇，為何民進黨需要來扯這個謊？到底想要迴避什麼？蔡英文如果是在86年6月賣掉，適用的是85年公告現值，很可能就是要逃避增值稅。「只有炒地皮的專家才會這樣操作」。

「因為不到一個月以後，土地公告現值就調整了，蔡英文可以用較低的公告現值繳稅，但公告現值並不等於市價，當時售出的市價卻已經是高的了。『所以就賺更多了』」。

徐巧芯說，如果真的有「高人指點」，就有可能事前得知這15塊地的公告現值會調漲。如果真的有這樣的「避稅」法寶，到底合不合乎民眾對總統候選人的道德標準？

她指出，蔡英文曾說，台灣不能變成炒作天堂。可是如果炒作台灣土地的人，就是她們蔡氏家族呢？如果能證明蔡家沒有炒地皮，應該要自己出來解釋才對。

「只有拿出當時的憑證，才能真正知道究竟是何時出售的，是誰說了謊。總有一個人說的是錯的。」徐巧芯還表示，至於為什麼要扯這個謊？是有心還是無意？這真的只有蔡英文親自出面說明，大家才能夠明白了。

你真的需要吃維他命嗎？毒物專家顏宗海說，人工製造的維他命不僅有添加物，吃過量還會傷身，像是維他命C會增腎結石風險，B群則恐影響肝功能，建議還是多吃天然食物最好。

農曆春節返家，不少人會買維他命等保健食品回家孝敬長輩，但長庚醫院腎臟科主治醫師顏宗海卻不建議，他表示，人體需要維他命的量很微量，透過自然食物均勻攝取就能吃到足夠的量。

顏宗海解釋，人工製造的維他命，之所以能變成一顆顆的藥丸，全是靠添加物「賦形劑」塑型，很多還會人工色素吸引民眾吃它，導致無形中吃下更多添加物，雖是合法添加物，但就醫師角度而言並不建議。

除了添加物以外，維他命補過頭也有傷身風險，顏宗海說，像是很多人常吃的「維他命C」是人體必須維生素，只要多吃天然植物蔬果就能輕易補充，若是刻意吃大量維他命C，恐導致體內草酸含量增加，提高腎結石風險。

此外，「維他命E」雖然是很好的抗氧化劑，但國外研究顯示，吃多會增加出血風險，導致刷牙流血，甚至出現血尿、腸胃道出血等狀況。

而民眾常用來提神的「維他命B群」，裡頭的維他命B3吃多會有肝毒性，可能影響肝功能，維他命B6則有神經毒性，恐增加神經病變風險，導致手腳麻、感覺異常等症狀。

究竟誰才需要吃維他命？顏宗海說，洗腎患者每周平均洗三次腎，可能造成水溶性維他命流失，才需要補充維他命B、葉酸；停經後的婦女體內鈣、維生素D也嚴重不足，也可靠保健食品補充。

心臟血管外科主任蘇上豪也在「胖病毒、人皮書、水蛭蒐集人：醫療現場的四十六個震撼奇想」一書中提及，維他命之所以被發現，是因為缺乏某些食物中的營養素，產生腳氣病、壞血病、夜盲症等疾病。

但近年電視廣告卻不斷強調，飲食不均?可能欠缺某些「微量元素」或「人體無法合成的必須營養素」，說服老人家透過複方維他命補充營養，卻沒告訴我們，究竟為什麼要吃、劑量是多少以及吃多會有什麼害處。

蘇上豪說，實際上台灣面臨的問題不是營養不足，而是不知節制的生活型態，加上運動不夠造成的「代謝症候群」，他強調，維他命最初是用於治療「營養缺乏症」，而不是用來養生保健的，呼籲別把它當成糖果點心，認為「有病治病、沒病強身」亂吃一通。
